What Bird is this?

I had just enough time to get the camera out and put the battery in (which was on charge) so nothing fancy at all but just wondering if anyone knows what type of bird this is.
2 seconds later some chap walked along with a dog so this was all I got.

It's a Hoopoe. Common in Spain.

I did a double-take, then saw you are in Spain.

Otherwise, you'd get the twitchers descending on you.

Wow! what an exotic looking bird.
I understand that these birds can be spotted on the south coast of Britain during April and May as they are migrating.
