Weekly Competition # 107 "Dream"

I can now reveal that the errant image was shot on a.....Pentax 645N, or at least the portrait was. It was my last medium format model shoot, and the model is Kelly. It's from a black and white negative.

The flower was shot on the Fuji S7000 that appeared in the EXIF data and the two were blended in Photoshop 7.

Just in case anyone wanted to know!

I wonder if it had been two digital cameras which one would have shown up? Does anyone know?
Best regards, John

Always the first one you open as a background layer, John. Any other added layer won't matter. The first one sets the exif data.

Martin.
Best regards,

Martin.

I add my vote
same reason !
I like also that the "dream" is brighter than the "reality"

Thanks, but it was rather a tongue-in-cheek submission. I am however amazed by the number of different people who have looked at the image. It might just break 100

My favourite is Snappycaz's "Waiting for the Water Imps" I thinks it is great and with so many shots, including mine, that are combinations of more than one image, it is as shot apart from some cropping and fade applied around the edges.

Just for fun I have now put the full image of Hipperty with his carrot crop into the gallery here.

Hipperty has asked me say thank you to all the people here that have enjoyed the picture of him dreaming about his favourite subject

A message has been sent, so we'll have to wait patiently. If no response by Wednesday then I'll sort something out.

There is a version of Murphy's Law that says you will be away when you win this competition.

But he wasn't away when he won it George. He was here and set the next subject, perhaps he thought he was dreaming.
