Mongoose you got it!
It's a Nivea brand shower gel. When you turn the bottle air bubbles are slowly going up, first a big one and then sometimes smaller ones. This is one of the smaller ones.

I should probably try to put it in a flat faced glass container, as some aberration occurs from the inferior optical quality of the plastic container. Can't these shower gel producer take more care in the optical design of their containers? Shame on them!

I think the bad optical quality of the plastic adds to the shot.
