Can't get enough of waves. As I was sifting through shots from last years December holiday I came across some wave action...
All with K20D and Sigma 70-300 APO DG

All taken in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a bit north of the Playe de las Canteras (for those of you who ventured out to this island before).

Beautiful !
1. Is it desaturated? Yes or no, but I like it
2. I like the two directions of the waves

They are a great bunch of shots, but I particularly love the last one Prieni. The composition really works for me.

Number 1 for me, it has lots of drama.

Thanks all,

no desaturation in the first one, it's shot against the light, that's why the colours are not that stark.

I was looking through some more of the shots yesterday and there is more wave action on it's way. Might take a while, though, as I'm off to Venice on Tuesday (the hardships of a scientist's life, workshops and conferences in boring places...)

Thanks again,
Prieni
