I like it a lot. Specially in monochrome. You might consider a split tone treatment to give it a bit more warmth.
And maybe crop of the top, just above the highest leaf. There would be enough water left to keep it in context,
but you would eliminate the distracting (to my eyes) highlights top left corner.

I like B&W and this is good. As Martin suggested maybe just a bit of the top.

Nice shot Aiki. While I can see why you have kept the upper part in - interesting effect on the water - I reckon Martin's right. If you crop above the highest leaf you do retain some of the water effect.
B&W nice too - though it would be interesting to see it in colour.

Mhuni is right - I really liked the effect of water. At the same time it took away may attention from the lily. My eye even didnt get to the light water left top.... You went further, Martin ! Thanks !
I also tried to leave some of the tones (desaturating) but I was not good on it Should I use sth else ?

Personally I think it is very hard to have such a strong colour in the flower with relatively weak colours elsewhere and for me the flower was too dark in B&W.
Each to his and her own choice I think.

Aiki, what I mean, is, that on my screen, the centre of the lilly looks like a dark 'blob', all black, while the colour version you have shown has varying tones.
So, I suppose what I was saying, was, maybe you could lighten the centre of the lilly a little to show these tones .

Mike, I dont say the color is bad, but there is also a good chance for BW. I just want to try it.
The color version is not READY also (as original) sth has to be done there as well. I have less ideas for that.

I love the shot as it is in B&W. I can understand the argument for a tighter crop but I love the effect of the light on the water so if you do crop then keep some of the water!
Personally I like B&W flower shots ever since I went to a Mapplethorpe Exhibition in London in the 80's

I gave another try to the lily. Here is one without any crop
and also with light area up-left cut away.
I feel bit sry about the cropped one, as this made me to crop out lot of nice water and also some droplets.
If you get a better crop, or anything could be still improved - let me know
