Hi Karl, I still consider myself as a novice really when it comes to DSLR Photography and hold back on comments regarding technical debates. However I still have opinions on what I like an image to basicaly show.
I feel the images are dark, not sharp/out of focus. The first just looks that the shutter mis fired without any input. They remind me of images captured with a cheap camera phone. I hope I have'nt caused offence If you intentionally shot them to look like this. However when you post images here they are open to critique good or bad. I am not doubting your enthusiasm and suggest you study images on this and other camera forums to see what images are getting good reviews and the techniques envolved, also you could read up in camera books,maagazines on maybe getting the basics right and keep on practicing.

interesting shots and very creative Karl.
The last one is my favourite but the second one also has something.
With the third shots i'm not so happy with the framing on the right top, just a bit too heavy but still a nice shot, if you had the people in there infocus it wouldn't be as balance as it is now.
