Did'nt know they changed colour to suit the surroundings

only ever seen green or brown.

Nice shot Don, it is an unusual colour, Do you think they have the ability to change colour to match thier surroundings. Like a chameleon

Thanks Clarky, I have just read that some hoppers imitate their food for concealment, so I guess thats what this little tacker is doing
