Unknown tree, need help

I took pictures with 3 different lens of this tree, and was unable to identify it, a chap thought it was a Tulip Tree? - was just past it's Autumn best for photos I think but still some good colours left. Any critique welcome

Looks like something from the Maple family :s

Silver maple maybe?
All the gear with no idea

Looks like an Asian Maple (Acer) to me.

Tulip trees are Magnolias, yours looks like one of the Acer family to me.

My App says it's a Silver maple, Acer saccharinum

Thank you all for the help, I am going with it being an Acer as a neighbour who's a keen gardener reckons it's one and I'm not going to contradict her! Thanks for the correct technical name John.
