Sadly, if there's no response and you have a grievance then you need to find out the process that should be gone through. It might be that you have to write in with your complaint to the Club Secretary. Perhaps you need a certain number of members to call an EGM to air matters and get a vote from the meeting.

However, do try talking to them first as no-one likes the "official" paths of compalaining. Why not get on the committee and take on the task of cataloging the trophies and any other property?

Getting a replacement trophy that is not a traditional cup, very much on the lines that Hefty suggested is to make a statement. They can hardly refuse it when they have done nothing to replace it for nearly three years.
