Not sure if I've ever drank port, if it tasted anything like it looks, it must have been very fine indeed
I know what i like, If not always why.

The first is the winner for me. I like the dreamy oof highlights.
A long time ago I made the foolish mistake of getting drunk on Port. It put me off for life!

Lovely shots, you can tell it's a vintage lens as well as a vintage port!

Worcestershire is only about an hour’s drive for me! I always thought port was one of those drinks you could open and leave until next year but no, it must be drunk quite soon after being opened, apparently. I found this to my cost when I tried a partially used bottle of vintage port from last Christmas and it was dreadful, a terrible wrench pouring it down the sink. So, Lennybloke, to avoid that ghastly scenario you know where I am!

I've never had a bottle of Port that didn't have a stopper, so it was quite a novelty de-canting it - and Oh Boy, is it worth it
All taken with K1 mkII and A*85/1.4 (2 are with a 20mm extension tube).
