I like that reminds me of the old hand coloured B&W photos.
It might look better with some of the water in front trimmed off.

i agree with algi regarding the crop maybe just a little in the bottom..
its a great image, with the bridge in the background, great capture!...but i think the ball on the side of the ship should colored orange? maybe the color are a bit off its a little bit dull? maybe it just me...

I'm not sure this has had a colour 'popping' technique applied. It looks more like a simple desaturation to me. It works well, but there is too much foreground water I feel (as do others).
