It took me a while to work it out - I guess your career in the diplomatic service didn't last long but your ability to look at a tool with a long straight wooden handle and a flat metal blade and call it a spade were refreshing. Fair play to you.

The sad thing about things like the ibot is that so often the people it would benefit most can't afford one.

Now back to the weather.
Misty here today. We did see the sun for about an hour yesterday, but I'd almost forgotten what it looked like.

Cuba is sounding more and more attractive. Now to persuade the other half.
