Alistair, theses are looking a lot better in my opinion. The first shot works really well, great eye contact and she looks comfortable and the background works really well. 2nd image has a great expression and warmth to it, good composition too. All of them look great, you are making big improvements, from when I first looked at the images you first started uploading.

I like a lot of what you are doing. BUT. All the girls seem to have perfect skin which to me is not normal. Have you cleaned up all their pimples? spots? wrinkles? and moles? OR they all just perfect???????
I work in the summer with a lot of boys and girls between 16 and 25 and only one of them in 8 years had skin like that and she put her makeup on with a trowel. We at the park never saw her without makeup.

I agree with Vic, I really like the idea of this project, and you seem to be really getting the hang of it, but if you're going to take shots like this of people on the street I think they would look better warts 'n all. You could always send the subjects edited along with unedited images if they ask for them.
