Nice set; I actually quite like the blu-ish toned leaf on the rock. I can't see any difference 'twixt the 1st and last leaf image though apart from cloning out the second leaf - is that right? They all make more impact than the 'original' by at least removing the bright 'distraction' from top right

Cheers Andy, yep just cloned out 2nd leaf. Was in minds about it but on balance I think it's better.

One with the da 300mm f4

All are really interesting well captured and calming images.

Great to see such beautiful images taken on what looks to be a “not too sparkling day”.

Really nice set.

My favourite is #3 - I think that because you are 'a bit further out' the little 2nd leaf doesn't distract, but just gives an additional point of interest. However, I might be tempted to just tone down the highlight in the top tight corner a little.

I think that close-ups work well as well, definitely better without the little leaf for these, and I agree with Andy that the blue toned one is especially effective.

Super stuff Derek... looks like it’s a top acquisition... my own faves 2, 6 and 9 from these, but that’s just a personal taste thing... all tippy top shots in and of themselves...

Best

The leaf-on-a-rock series is striking - no favourite, they all work well for me.
