To *ist D or not to *ist D

For those people like me who have a collection of Pentax lenses and not sure whether to go digital with Pentax, Parkcameras.com are flogging *ist D body only + battery grip for £869.
I wish they had done that before I bought a Fuji S602 ( it was all I could afford then)
Still it's a nice backup.
