Interesting photos. I will try this out for myself. Visited this reserve last year for the first time and was very impressed. Saw puffins for the first time "in the flesh" and the gannets are such graceful in flight.

I like the resulting images. Last one is my favorite, can't quite define why - something about the movement in the grass flowing into the birds, I think.

I really like this effect! It's like the swirls you get in water under a waterfall but in the sky and with birds!

Love these. They remind me of the flight tracker I use when my wife is travelling, very inventive. I also love the spectacle of Bempton

So pleased others are enjoying my little idea, it gives something different and with in camera blending of multi-exposures is a doddle to do. Perhaps I'll be seeing some examples from others sometime

In camera Bright blend mode, raw, first one is 8 exposures the second two 18. With the small buffer on the K-S2 there is a pause after 10 raws then it resumes more slowly which can be seen in the images but, they give a different take on the movement of the birds which in these images are mainly Gannets.
