Simon, those trees are great and i am so glad to have this kind of thing on my door step, catching decent weather is a lottery, even when it is good it amazes me that 4ft in from the edge and the camera strap hangs down whilst on the tripod, step to the edge and I was having to shield the camera and tripod from the wind with my body
You never know but we may even cross paths there one day
As for Dinas Bran it can be totally still below but always very windy on the top
