Never saw that one. It must be the least enforced policy going.

Enforced more often than you might think

(size=9: ) put text here (/size: )

This is the command you use except you need to replace the curved brackets () with the square ones []

This is size 8!

This is size 9!

This is size 10!

This is size 11!

Also colour

(color=blue: ) put text here (/color: )

This is blue

This is green

This is red

This is white!!

A combination of smaller text sizes and a small splash of colour, helps, I think to seperate the signature from the comments, and to help make it easier to read.

Hope that helps!

Cheers Unlocker, that was very helpful I'd previously tried standard HTML without success.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

They are easy Stefan

I don't find anything easy about them with the : on the end and with no idea which work or not.
I'm stilling trying to get the list working

@Kris, Maybe a different colour is better, it's quite red now.
Here pick a colour and insert the code where the word "red" is now in your codes. link
Something like Burgundy, Firebrick red or Maroon will look more classy I believe

As with most things Stefan, BB code, ISO files etc, they are easy when you know how.

I tried for a bit. The convention for BBCode (which this nearly is) is

[list][*]text[*]text[/list]

And start with [list=1] for a numbered list, etc. But that doesn't work here, you have to include : ... strange ...

But as to why the bullet doesn't show, I think we have a bug. If you look at the HTML generated there's a CSS class called "no_bullet" which I would presume suppresses the bullet (just a guess )

So my hunch is that it is supposed to be bullet-free and the bug is that the class call is placed too late and the 1st bullet gets out before it can be suppressed.

Anyone know what software this forum uses?

Thank you layingback, I know a bit about the codes but have no idea how the more advance codes work.
I knew that a [*] enables a new "blob" but it didn't work.
You can also do [list=A] do get A,B,C list, those are useful features that enables better readable comments, sad they don't allow it on this forum
