I agree. Do you pose your subjects or take them as they come. I don't have the confidence to do it, but watched a fellow camera club member "drag" someone out of a pavilion to pose the subject on the steps. Must take some nerve I think.

The pose is natural but the harsh sunlight spoils it I'm afraid, the skin is rather glaring which detracts from the eyes.
