Once you buy something, you send pentax the barcode from the box, plus the original receipt, and they send you a cheque.
I'm guessing as long as the receipt shows everything, then mulitple items can be combined to come up with a cashback grand total.
I think the closing date is 15th January.

Having bought your Pentax items, you register everything online on the Pentax cashback website, then you are given a unique number and print off a claim form which you then send off with your barcodes etc.

why do you ask? i hear you say. Well, my mate is looking to get a decent camera and was so blown away by the images i caught on my camera that he has decided to get an SLR (budget up to £500). Obviously being a Pentaxian i have espoused the virtues of a Pentax (to which I fully and wholeheardely subscribe).
so, he is fully aware of the benefits of a mounting system that allows older lenses to be fitted on, and the in-camera IS (as opposed to the in-lens system). I reckon he is coming round to Pentax, but nedd to be a bit clearer on the cashback system
