Hope this works!Comment Image

Let's see if I have finally worked out how to upload an image to this forum.

Will it appear?.... Here goes!....

Well, Mowog!
Well done!!!

Perhaps you could pass the secret onto me, @cause I'm damned if I can do it.

Loaded A pic onto Photobucket, as instructions, but couldn't find the "message box so you get the flashing cursor"!

It's so easy straight from my PC to the Gallery....

Roger

Click 'image' at the bottom of your post as you write it in this website. Paste the image address between the sets of brackets which appear. (To get the image address, right click on the image in photobucket, and select 'copy image location')

Thank you, Pentaxophile and coker.

Thanks too, to womble for writing his very good guide on how to upload from Flickr.

coker.
My image was on Flickr. I don't know if the process is the same for uploading from Photobucket. Womble's guide is worth digging out and reading.

Good luck.

The one I suggested might be useful as a sticky?

The very same.

It should be a sticky.

Dear All,
The modus operandi from Photobucket is correct in every respect & easy when, a)., one gets ones brain in gear & b)., one takes a small step to roll back the computer illiteracy!!!

Thanks again for an entertaining & educational evening!

It's not too hard, once you figure it out!

I'd suggest an image size of 800x600 for posting in threads. This size isn't too big and displays well.

Well done and nice image.
