Just found the spot where the zoom drive tab goes on further stripping of the lens, the question is can I re-attach it somehow, superglue? Araldite?

any suggestions much appreciated.

I'll update tomorrow, I need some R & R right now.

Worth a go with some Superglue.....you never know, it could hold.

Pleased you guys sorted out the 28-105.

Tried the Superglue, TBH I've never had much faith in it when it comes to plastic and no luck. I've got Araldite on the job now, I fixed a lot of things with epoxy resin over the years so here's hoping
