Hi Derek
I have this lens and its a beauty! Got it second hand from someone on here.
A link to a shot in my PF done at f2.8; link and another; link at f5.6 (Can't remember off hand whether these wer on a tripod or hand-held) It is noisy, but generally fast and accurate on AF (although there are occasions when it misses if the target is relatively small and it will go from one focus extreme to the other) and I do miss the 'quick-shift' focus over-ride. Image wise it is sharp, and generally speaking the IBIS works well with it. I wanted it over the Sigma, not just 'cos it's cheaper but it also has a reasonable macro facility (1:3 magnification as opposed to others of 1:5-ish). Another cropped image from my PF - handheld; link
Hope that helps

Thanks Derek
And a couple more plus points - it doesn't change length or rotate the front elements when focussing OR zooming - it is all done internally!

I also own this lens, and find it great for air shows and motor sports. Will be trying it out with the 1.4x teleconverter this summer.

Nice lens but I had to tweak the focus fine adjust settings on my K5 and it doesn't focus correctly at all on a K-01

They look sharp enough
Quit a few of my lenses have needed adjustment including my new 150-450mm which required -4. Doesn't mean there is a problem with it.
