Having said that, does anyone know what this lens is like? I assume it can be used on 35mm film cameras which is why I am potentially interested.

I think it's a decent performer Kris from what I've read. Of interest to 35mm guys as it's very cheap for a superwide.
I doubt it'd outperform the kit lens on aps-c though so hardly worth it for dslr users.

Have been looking at one of these for my z1-p.
My question is, are there front/back focus issues with film cameras ?
This would put me off buying third party lenses
