You may well be able to. Take a look 'here' as it gives you an idea of the compartment set-up.
I am sure you be able to move the divider around (at least that is how I read the part of 'user customisable' description, but I may be wrong).

I don't suppose if anyone knows if I can fit my K7 with battery grip and 55-300 attached plus my Samsung GX10 with a 50-200 attached into a Tamrac Ultra Pro Series 11 ( code 5611 ) camera bag.
