The ground shots are taken with the 18/55 mk1 kit lens every thing else was with the Tamron 70/300 on the Pentax K10.

Only managed to get these missed the main display due to my back playing me up bit disapointed as I had been looking forward to the weekend for some time

Good crisply sharp pictures all round but like Barrie my favourite is No. 4 for its graphic use of colour.

Love the Hunter, but the second one of it seems very noisy (it clearly isn't speckled green on the left hand side of its nose) as does the Grob.

What was going on in the editing there?

I agree re the noise think I had the iso set at 400 with this lens it does tend to give more noise than other lenses. Im not sure re the processing to be honest.

4th one is fantastic. The rest are ok, but nothing that strikes me as any different to many airshow pictures we've seen before. 4th image though shows a great angle, punchy colour that demands attention, imaginative composition, somewhat abstract view, yet immediately recognisable as an aeroplane.

A nice set of airshow shots but number 4 stands out as an interesting and different composition. Nicely seen!

Best wishes, Kris.

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.
