I actually quite like this but it could be vastly improved by properly using the levels tool in PS.

Street photography very rarely needs PS or anything other than basic cropping/brightness/contrast etc.
This phot requires nothing. Leave well alone

I don't agree. I agree with Ken about a levels tweak. In it's current form it looks flat. IMO it needs dome depth.

You've said it there - thats the same thing as the others are suggesting.

Thanks for the feedback as always. I have to confess that editing isn't something I'm particularly fond of. Perhaps shooting through the window has robbed it off clarity? Either way i think the image is interesting.

Its a little slice of life captured - personlly I'm not too keen on the position that the mouths of those eating have been caught in.
Its very 'flat' though - I'm sure a small brightness boost and stretching of the upper tones upwards would lift it, maybe also a small low shadow contrast boost - I'm not talking about much.
You've tried Sagelight havn't you? Go to the 'powerbox' panel - you open it from the main panel, the button looks like a few brown layers on top of each other. To be honest, one pull on the main strength slider on this 'powerbox' control would sort this photo - now that really is a cool 'one push effect'

QC, you obviously have a good eye but you need to visualise the finished image before you press the button, pay attention to detail and learn to edit.
In the good old bad old days prints from any High st processor would be disappointing compared with what you could do yourself.
Its a skill every photographer has to master and isn't all that onerous to be honest. In fact it wasn't all that difficult in film and the basics of it are infinitely easier with digital.
You don't need the full blown Photoshop, Photoshop Elements will serve you very well
I'd be very happy if that pictire was mine.
