From a studio shoot earlier today

645z - ISO 250 - Mix of lenses 45mm - 85mm F4.5 @ 80mm - 160mm F4.5 - 1/125 sec F8 mainly

Studio flash - 1 x gridded Octa box main light, 2 x gridded Long Softboxes on the background

Tremendous lighting on the first Chris.

Like the pose in number 3, but the background needs some tidying up
