All taken from on Mount Caburn - a favourite hang-glider launch site, but none there for sunrise yesterday morning!
All taken with K1 and either DFA28-105 or Tamron 70-200.

C&C welcome as always;

2) 3 shot HDR - Photomatix Pro

3) Across the Ouse valley

7a) This and the next are same image; different crop - would value which works best for you!

I'll second that. 6 & 8 are wonderfully subtle, in form, colour and feel. Regarding 7: I'd go for the crop (but maybe not quite as much - just getting rid of the distracting clouds at the top and leaving a slight band of light sky above the dark hills could be interesting).

Well worth getting up early and getting up there. As to preference, I like the bigger version(a).
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

And another supporter. Quite stunning cloud effects and gorgeous lighting. The hang gliders don't know what they missed!
