Studio Kit Opinions needed

Hi,
Been a reader here for ages, so thought i'd get a post in.

I'm in the dilema of thinking about some lighting. I have an ist dl2, and use a 50mm f1.4 lens most of the time.

I want lighting for at home, to take some studio style pics now and then of my family as they grow up.

I have seen 2 kits:

Which do you think is the best buy? I have been driving myself crazy looking for as much info as i can about these.

As i know absolutely nothing about lighting, i would really value your input, and i'm really sorry if this kind of question pops up all the time.

If you want a good inexpensive starter 2 head kit, I can recommend a look at the interfit EX150 kit.
