No doubt universally ignored too, being Belgium .
It looks an interesting installation. I was expecting "3-D" painting on the ground or a mural. Something differnt in any case.
We had some 3-D artwork in my home town recently, in antcipation of the Tall Ships race. Some was more succesful than others, but it was interesting to watch one of the artists at work.
