Yes No.2 is my choice too, the sky showing more detail, all excellent shots.

They're all very good. But my favourite is the last one. It has a 3-D feel that draws the (i.e. my) eye into the picture towards the distant end of the pier. The others seem more 2-D - nothing wrong with that, but it's the last one that really made me stop, look, then look again.

Thank you all. I was trying out a a new filter system and did not get the reduction in shutter speed I was expecting
