I know of the Moza stuff but haven't looked too closely. It would be under powered compared to my builds and there was some interesting comparisons between the spec list of the software I use + the Moza stuff but with a couple of months added. The Vpforce Rhino just has stuff feature wise that can be adjusted in software that is still years ahead of the competition (Moza, Virpil, etc + you can get to chat with the developer on Discord. Bloody expensive though once you add up all the bits n pieces. The link below would be equivalent to my build, stronger motors, etc. There is another guy in the Ukraine who has another even stronger joystick, goes under gvl224.com - probably equivalent or a bit ahead of the Moza software wise but 3 times the force!

As for FFB, I'd love it but can't afford the Moza kit. As for building one.... I wouldn't have a clue!!!
