Nice set Emma, where were you ?
#1 is my favourite, although #2 comes close.
I find Gravestones inspiring but hard to frame and shoot well.

Thanks HG its St Mary Magdelens church and nature reserve in East Ham East London only 10 mins away from me if that used to go on school trips there my infants and juniors was only a 5 min walk. Only rememvbered the place this morning Will go back when sun comes out to play again

A wonderful set, Emma. Probably your best yet, which is saying something!
There's a great deal to admire here: for example your selection of telling details, the lovely textures and the use of difficult available light. Excellent conversion (how you've improved this important skill).
I don't have a particular favourite: they're all strong. Perhaps the last one... or the first one.

Cool. I was just curious as to how you approach shooting your images. I tend to prefer shooting my b&w pics in camera rather than processing afterwards. And I shoot them jpeg as well, whereas all my colour shots are raw.

I do have a MZ6 which I only use B/W film but yet to process a film so dont no how it compares with shooting with K20 and processing after

Which lens are these with Emma? Sorry to be a moaning minnie again but 2 and 4 don't seem very sharp and I'm wondering if it is the lens or the processing.
I like number 3 the most, possibly because it appears the sharpest

It was with my samsung 18-55 no your right they not the sharpest shots but as I said was more a wreckie will be going back with tripod and choice of lenses and more time.
