SRS part exchange

Does anyone know how long does it take for SRS to pay back the part exchange value they give? I bought K5 II and send them my camera which they have since last thursday. So far I was told twice : "we'll check it today and call you back" and nothing happened yet.

They deducted the part exchange value from the price for me, so I only paid the price of the camera-the part exchange value.
It can take them a day or two to check the camera you have sent them and confirm the second-hand value of course.

Chris isn't in the office today, but asked me to look in to this for you. I have checked our goods in and cannot find any pending part exchanges.

Could you let me know what you sent us ,how and when you placed your order, and I will let you know when the refund was processed (it can take the banks a few days to credit your account). if you would prefer not to send order details by the forum please email the store [email protected]">([email protected])

Thanks for posting this. I also traded up to the K5ii eight days ago. I was also getting concerned. After checking my bank account, payment has been credited today. Saved me a telephone call.

You will recieve an invoice in the post, collected mine on a weds, payment in bank by tuesday invoice on the following monday..
