I've had to email them about my Optio P70 and had an email from them this morning .
It's possible that they are busy seeing it's a Bank Holiday weekend.
Just spoken to them by phone .
Ummm a silly thought - but you do have the correct e-mail and phone number I suppose ?

I've been emailing SRS since Thursday with no reply. I've just tried phoning them with no answer.
Anybody know anything?
