SRS Customer Service.

Yesterday Wednesday 31st , I received my new K5 from “SRS” there was however two small items missing.

A phone call to “SRS” was met with a instant courteous, apology without question, and assurance that the items would be put in the post.

Today Thursday 1st, I received these items by, Royal mail guaranteed special delivery.

In my book, that is customer service which is unbeatable.

handled the repair of my DA*60-250 very well...no quibbles (thumbs up for JP Solutions too for the quality of repair).

Now if I can get the neighbours can sitting in the flower pot again tonight then at least I can test the lens.....

bought my used K200D - called them to check stock - yes we have one with 18-55 - can it go in tonights post and will you send to my office rather than home (my card's billing address clearly is home) - if you order on the site now yes.

So I order towards end of my lunch break. Next morning arrive at work at 0845 - it's already on my desk.

Top class service - a company that deserves to do well

Wasn't too chuffed with them yesterday. I was staying in waiting for delivery of a 50-135. In the afternoon I rang them to check it should be coming only to be told my payment hadn't been authorised by my bank the day before. SRS had my phone number. I think they could have given me a call.

Anyway, I phoned the bank "There's been an increase in online fraud, blah, blah ...... can you answer a couple of security questions".

Rang SRS, placed another order and alls well that ends well. Got the lens this morning.

Purchased a K5 from them recently, excellent contact and service, tracked the parcel on-line and delivered promptly.

Apology due to SRS Checked through old messages today. And there was one from SRS. The missus was poorly and hadn't answered the phone

How's this for service?

Ordered my K5 from SRS yesterday at 13.45 and it was delivered to me this afternoon at 13.30, post free. Wonderful!

Now all I have to do is charge the battery. It's a long wait isn't it?

Another vote for SRS.

I bought my K5 from them and the delivery was incredibly quick. I thought I had a problem with it and emailed them for advice. Within 10 mins they had phoned me to talk it over. As it turned out there was not a problem, but that sort of service is great.

Can't imagine thinking of going anywhere else for anything photographic.

And another vote for SRS....

Ordered the Sigma 50-500mm late on Monday night, delivered before 8am this morning.

Just wish I hadnt left for Newport Wetlands Centre minutes before it was delivered
