I'm carrying on from my recent 'First of Spring' shots. These new ones here were taken on a beautiful morning last week in Nonsuch Park, near Cheam in the London Borough of Sutton.

All with the K7 & Tamron Adaptall 135mm f2.8, mostly shot at f4.0

Many thanks for taking a look

Very nice photos, Nigel. I really like #5, and I would like #3 without the top OOF flower, and #4 if you had been able to include all the RH flower.

Cheers.

Thanks Steve, I went a bit easier on the saturation.

Thanks Alastair also

Philip, in No 4 I had lost the DOF on the right side there. I was pushing it with this lens really (non-macro), handheld at least - it was right on the close focus limit for all these shots, so my own slight body movements were pulling focus in & out. But there was enough of a breeze to make slower shutter speeds a worry as well - a good challenge!
