New ones will be impossible but ebay will throw up old ones in pretty good condition.

This looks to be in quite good condition link
You cant really expect someone to be still making cases for a camera that was introduced in 1960s.

Note that the old Spotmatic cases are made of leather and last much better than the later cases for the M series cameras. The latter often suffer from severe surface flaking of the leatherette.
