Spitfire Flypast (3 pics)

Went to a Spitfire flypast this morning to celebrate the centenary of some chaps death and so decided to use the K-7 properly for the first time along with the SIgma 100-300mm f4. Not sure if it was me lowering the shutter speed too much to get decent prop blur but I came away with only 6 or 7 decent shots out of 90. Considering the pics from the air show I did last year with the K10D were pretty good I was a little disappointed.

Well done Mike, always nice to see one's work in print.

A little tip for anyone who cares... when scanning thin paper (like newspaper) put some black card/paper behind the page you are scanning. That way, the text on the other side of the page doesn't show through. Works when photocopying and making copy photos too.
