Love it, you seem to have taken in a lot on your visit. I recently got to Milford Sound and it was rare sunny day. I think I like the atmosphere of your weather/shot more. It seemed harsh and raw, almost like going back in time.

I like the Mt Taranaki shot too. Nice light. Hope you had a good trip all round

Hi Richard - yes we had a great trip thank you! And glad you like the shots. You live in a stunningly beautiful country! We had 4 weeks, the middle two of which were with my daughter and her partner touring the South Island in a camper van. They live in Wellington and her partner's family live in Stratford - hence the Mt Taranaki shot.

Lucky you, and what a beautiful set. #9 should be framed!

The pedant in me has to point out though that the seals are sea lions - they have ears.
