Some photos from North Queensferry

I had a lovely afternoon out yesterday - My first real day out with my new K20D. North Queensferry is only a couple of miles from home and I've always loved it. Here's a few shots....

Hi Ross, love the shots of the Bridge, nice shot of the Robin but the Chaffinch is being obscured by a twig, I was thinking clone tool to remove it, but looks tricky to do.

Not perfect but an improvement, try it on the original image that hasn't been resized, you'll soon get the hang of it.

Yes, it is cheating and we all do it but like Spider I probably wouldn't have tried on that image.

A colleague of mine used to give his image class a picture of Avebury with lots of modern stuff in it. The assignment was to remove all the modern stuff and replace the missing standing stone. There were some pretty good versions!

Terrific peice of engerneering that bridge always like to see photos of the likes of that as at one time I worked in heavy engineering lovely photos.

There's alot less scaffolding on the bridge now than when I visited last year. Don't they realise it's hard to clone out ??
