I love that shot, but if I can nit-pick?
I'd clone out the two twigs(?) that are either side of / just below the face

I prefer it without the twigs too. There's nothing wrong with a little Photoshop "tweaking" as long as the aim isn't to deliberately deceive imo - this is just a simple enhancement and very well done too I might add!

Lovely shot.
Cloning definitely helps and personally, I would also desaturate the purple fringing.
Well worth the effort - great shot

I wish I knew how to do more. But the basics are fine for my type shots.
