I have decided that I don't need two grips for my Redsnapper and the pan and tilt is of more general use. This is in very good condition, with very slight signs of normal use on the plate.

Price: £50 including UK delivery. Bank transfer or Paypal

By "grips" I meant "heads", of course

I know we're not supposed to contaminate classified threads, but someone should definitely snap this up. I've had one of these for over 20 years - I paid £50 for it new originally (they're more than double that now), and it's been absolutely fantastic. I never use anything else on my tripod, and I sometimes use it on a monopod too.

No

It's a ball and socket joint so when you squeeze the grip, it releases, and you can position it anywhere you like. The slot in the side lets you tip it over on it's side at 90 degrees to the vertical too.

Then when you release the grip again, the spring holds it locked wherever you put it.

If it's as good as mine, the spring is incredibly strong, and allows no slippage at all.
