Does anyone has experience with this magazine?
I came across it in the shop today and bought it and I like it so far.
It's mostly about the photos with a interview with photographer but it also has an article about film vs digital, a book review, a list of exhibitions and an auction report. Just to let you know what kind of mag it is.

The reason why I'm asking your opion is that I'm thinking about a subscription but need to do that before November but the next issue is due in June (once every 2 motnhs) so not enough to get a full feel of the magazine.
The one I've now is only B&W but I've seen coloured covers for the other issues, so don't know how to define the magazine yet and if it also has coloured work in it.

ps. for the pros here, they have a folio special each year and you can apply and get some of your photos in it if you're selected. Tere is no fee to apply but if you get picked out to be in the folio there is a fee though.

Here is a link of the site http://www.silvershotz.com/ it doesn't tell you much about the magazine though but you can find the guidlines about the folio editon I talked about.

It's international magazine and it's the first time I saw it too but it looks very good.
I'll upload some scans from it since I can find a thing on the net about it.

So what do you want to see?
1. Helmut Delijanis - Mountain Landscapes
2. Cole Thompson - The Ghosts of Auschwitz and Birkenau
3. Phillipe Mougin - Deep undulations of the oceans spirit
4. Michael Levin - Zebrato
5. Benoit Sneessens - Portraits of Pakistan
6. Colin Summers - Images from the heart
7. Erik Pothof - The festival of Naadam

Sorry for the crappy quality but hey just buy it if you like what you see.
I'm very happy with it so far so if the next issue is just as good I'll get an subscription for it.
Btw the Cole Thompson - The Ghosts of Auschwitz and Birkenau is also really amazing, here are some of his shot http://www.colethompsonphotography.com/Ghosts.htm
