Silkypix problem

Open help in the drop down menu. Open the manual instructions and have a look at item 11. Only suitable for a very limited number of cameras unless you go for the full version. You will need the serial numbers of the Pentax cameras that you want to use it for. Must admit to never having used the programme myself.

It doesn't seem unreasonable to expect it to work with the camera it's supplied with!

Dave, I just attached my K30 with raw files and they opened fine with Silkypix Developer V3.0. As is sometimes the case why not try removing the programme and reinstalling.

Hi, thanks Cedric. Yes, I have said above that I managed to get it to work by installing the version that came with the K-30, not the version (slightly earlier) that came with the Q. I hadn't realised that they were camera specific although as other people said you wouldn't expect them to be - I guess it's a way to try and get you to get the full version!
