Sigma Ring flash compatability

loskeran · 2009-02-13T15:09:08+0000

I have been trying out my new Sigma Ring flash EM-140DG P-ttl Fitted to my K20 and then my K200 cameras and found it under exposing very badly. I phoned SRS and talked to Nicky about it, she gave me the number for Sigma. Guess what, the first batch that came out will only work properly on the K10’s not the later K200 or K20? So if you have one of these working on a K10 and maybe want to use it on a K20 later contact Sigma for a re-chip, this is free. I am told all the flashes after the price rise are now ok. Ps. why do I always get the Duff one?

Its not the winning that's important, it's the taking part

Hi All, just to say SRS have come up trumps yet again, in my opinion the best retailer on the high street.
New flash arrived "refunded postage" new one working correctly.
Now to read the book to make sure i get it right.
Thanks SRS for doing a splended job, Also in sorting out Sigma.
