I would hazard a guess that you'll only know the true answer to your question after you've gone out and shot a bunch of pics with it and evaluated whether it suits your snapping style.
24mm is a focal length that fetches a decent price so if you don't get one with it I doubt you'll lose dosh by selling it again.

I bought mine from a forum member here recently and from what little chance I've had to use it, it's very good. Colours are great, MF is easy & it's sharp even wide open. The only downside is that the build quality isn't up to Pentax standard, but it's not so bad & doesn't affect performance.

I had one in the old days to use with my Contax. It was a great lens. Actually, I still have it somewhere. I'd love one in Pentax fit...

Contax can be adapted to Pentax quite easily with a Dremel. Just search the US forum.
