I have been looking into purchasing this lens myself.. I'm amazed you can get this quality hand held. A really nice set of bird pics.

500mm and 1/125 in the third picture, so that means the OS does it's job. Great set, hope to get my copy at the end of this week.

The top one really shows how it can isolate a subject nicely. Cool piece of gear, I enjoy it immensely

Very nice set indeed - guess someone is happy with his new lense !

Thanks for everyones comments.
I am impressed with this lens in particular, despite its size, the ease of shooting handheld. The balance seems spot on and the OS does work well.
The above shots were F8 or above and I can imagine a K5 with its high ISO would make it even more usable when the light was not as good.
