Thanks to all for the comments good, bad, and funny This is only the second time of using the lens, and it does take some getting used to it.
In general terms I find that I rush some shots (things flying away, or stinging me etc) that then the shot is not a sharp as it should or could be.
I must learn to stay focused (sorry for the pun) take my time and not rush, I will get there one day.

If it is anything like the 150-500, it may need stopping down a bit to get the sharpness.
